Use Bias Detect as a reasoning aid.

Bias Detect is provided by HW Saver LLP, a limited liability partnership based in India. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Bias Detect analyzes text you submit and surfaces likely reasoning patterns. Reports are model-generated suggestions — an analytical aid, not a final judgment. You remain responsible for decisions, claims, and actions based on the output.

You sign in through our authentication provider, Clerk. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Analyses cost credits. New accounts receive a starting credit grant, and paid plans add a monthly credit grant each billing period.

Credits are deducted server-side when an analysis starts. If a model call fails, the app attempts to refund the charged credits.

Unspent credits remain on your balance while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for money.

Paid monthly plans are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions are managed by Clerk, with Stripe processing payment.

Your plan renews monthly and the corresponding credit grant is added each billing period, until you cancel. Unused credits roll over and stay on your balance while your account is open.

You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals and future monthly credit grants. Credits already on your balance remain available while your account is open.

We do not offer money refunds for partial billing periods. Credit refunds for failed analyses are unaffected by this.

Do not treat output as medical, legal, financial, psychological, or compliance advice. If the stakes are professional, involve a professional.

Do not use the service for regulated decisions, harassment, surveillance, or attempts to extract protected data. Do not probe, overload, or abuse the service or its API.

You keep all rights to the text you paste. You give us permission to store and process it — including sending it to AI model providers — solely to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Only submit text you have the right to share.

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Model output can be wrong, incomplete, or overconfident.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these terms as the product changes and will update the effective date on this page when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions: ashlx@hwsaver.com.
